"Ya veo que has metido ahí a..., ese personaje no será..., ¿cómo te has atrevido a sacarme en una de tus novelas?" Pesada es la gente con que si han reconocido a éste, a ése o aquél, que no, coño, los personajes de ficción lo son tal que así aunque partan de un modelo real, Martin Amis lo dice bien clarito en su EXPERIENCE, bueno, él y su padre para ser justos:

"The truth is that you can´t put real people in a novel, because a novel, if it is alive, will inexorably distort them, will tug them all out of shape, to fulfil its own designs."

"By what is either a paradox or a truism, the closer the likeness of the real... person, the less interesting he will be in the novel."

"I did once, out of laziness or sagging imagination, try to put real people on paper and produced what is by common consent my worst novel, "I like It Here"."
